Governor Jon Corzine, US Senator Menendez, State Senator Weinberg,
Assemblyman Johnson, Assemblywoman Huttle,
along with past Mayors Jackie Kates and Elie Katz; Councilwomen Honis and Parker;
and Councilman Gussen,
cut the ribbon with Director Littman on the new Cedar Lane Pedestrian Plaza.
We now have:
Improved lighting
Increased parking
Pedestrian-friendly crosswalks
American Legion Drive traffic signal
New sidewalks with trees, landscaping & benches
A community plaza with trees & benches on Chestnut Avenue
